AHS as a free online billing system

This post is about the Lusion Automated Hosting Systems (AHS), our professional website hosting department in a box solution. While our Lusion AHS system was clearly designed as a web hosting company manager, it can be used as far more than that. All the web hosting features are independant of the billing options which can be used as an online billing manager – a free one at that.

AHS has advanced client management tools, support for recurring billing / once-off charges, automatic invoice generation, past due warnings all through an advanced invoice (and other email) branding and template systems. Our SecureBill billing portal will allow your clients an easy way to check their account status, and if you choose – enter credit card details that we’ll automatically charge and pass the money on to you (we charge R2 + eight percent for that service – a little more than direct credit card services, but without any of the hassles). Our advanced template system will allow you to easily restyle our professional invoices, and if “suspending your account” (as phrased in our default past due warnings) does not apply to the services your company provides – you can simply allows you to reword the entire email should you wish.

All of this is accessible free of charge, and should you ever wish to add a website hosting department to your company on top of your already existing services – its only ever a couple clicks away (and no extra hassles for you – except of course checking your clients pay you and marking it off in our systems).
