Web Hosting Data Center

Our hosting servers are powered by the Steadfast Networks (http://www.steadfast.net) Premium Network with bandwidth from Level(3), Savvis, AT&T, PCCW Global, nLayer, and TeliaSonera. The servers are located in a fully redundant data centre in downtown Chicago, IL.

Server Backups

We use r1soft's Righteous Backup software to maintain constant updates of our website hosting servers for the security of our clients. We have backups every four hours, and keep each backup for a week. This means we can restore your website hosting account to how it was at any point in the previous week.

PHP4 and PHP5 Hosting

The servers run both PHP5 (as an Apache module) and PHP4 (as a CGI). The details of the two versions are available at http://www.ltserv.net/info/phpinfo.php4 and http://www.ltserv.net/info/phpinfo.php5 respectively. The .php extension defaults to run on php5, however by setting the MIME type of "php" to "application/x-httpd-php4" from inside the control panel; it may be changed to php4.
